    There’s a three star restaurant in my town which has no menu, the chef decides what you’ll have (You can specify no pork etc.)… There’s another restaurant, I’ve only heard of, I think it’s in London, they have no lighting, it’s pitch-black, you can’t see what you’re eating…

    When we were in Italy we always went to the restaurants on the side streets. There was one where the front was on the side street and the back opened onto the hillside where there were several terraces with only one or two tables on them. Best food ever!
