$65 isn’t bad compared to the other stuff you’ve been looking at this week.

It’s still ridiculous to pay that kind of money for any type of product that’s labelled “anti-aging”… Take care of yourself and stop relying on the chemical industry to save you from your own downfall… sigh

Ouch. I’ve found myself saying some things that my mom says, and it makes me wince every time.

Apparently Cathy has never heard of “aging with dignity.” I’d say it applies to Irving as well, but I haven’t seen enough of him lately to be sure.

Very few people age with dignity these days, HighPriestMikhal. They prefer to fight it tooth, nail, product and face lift.

At least, I can safely say I’m not looking like either Mom or Dad…I’m adopted. I do seem to hear Mom’s voice at times though, and shop like she did; whatever brand of what I need is on sale that’s the one I get.

Dying young is the only way to remain young looking.

When Kathy was dieting, the ad on the page was for diet pills. Now that she is shopping for age creams, the ad is for wrinkle creams. They must do that on purpose.

That’s right, Fer Lefer. I do things like apply creme and wear makeup because it makes me feel good, not to make my husband admire me. In fact, he always says that I look great without makeup and I look just as good as I do when we first met. (I don’t wear makeup often, but I am addicted to cremes, just the drugstore kind though. But if I ever got wealthy, I would get facials every day. Yum…)

I’ve heard tell that women do all this crazy stuff to impress other women more than to impress men. Probably has some truth to it.
