For all who don’t get it:

The coach want’s to “spark” (motivate) the offense. So he’s asking the player to get him another wad of cash out of the ATM because he’s going to make it a financial motivation.

Offer the offense more money to play better.

I agree it was weak and poorly worded this time. Sorry Steve.

if this is an NBA team they don’t need more money to motivate them, they are over paid for what they do (or don’t do)

i mean how can someone be paid millions and not score enough points to win a game
