The global warming will continue until the effects of the global cooling, desert encroachment, glacial recession and localized warming for lack of fresh water resources globally, are remedied.

Atlanta is having cooler than normal summers and warmer than normal winters. Hard to think of a reason to dislike global warming, except that I miss the occasional hurricane.

“Global Warming” is just a poorly-chosen name for “climate destabilization”. Cold summers is just one possible symptom.

Global warming is a part of a 1500-year cycle of warming and cooling that has been going on for longer than human beings have existed as a species. People didn’t start it. People can’t stop it. But it is a great excuse for power-hungry people to demand total control over the rest of civilization.

Let’s see, the last “mini ice age” was from the 13th through the 19th centuries, where temps were close to 4 degrees cooler. Oh, and let’s not forget how the earth actually was warming prior to the 13th century..Oh, I forgot; it’s all man’s fault…

he IS from the future, and knows the consequences of global warming first hand, but this is the worst possible venue for this sort of protest. Those people are just trying to relax and at that moment aren’t doing anything to contribute to global warming (unless they drove there in a hummer or something)
