It’s getting to be that that’s any company! They lay off all the American service people and ‘outsource’ it to India!

It really doesn’t matter whether they ignore you from here or there.

If you can’t stand it anymore … punch the pound key for awhile.

Not only do you have to hold forever, but once the call is finally answered you have to talk to a #$%^&* computer. What ever happened to humans talking to humans?

Once you get by talking to the computer you go overseas where somebody says “I am being very sorry for your inconvenience.”

Or, when a computer calls YOU with; “Please hold for a very important call… our representative will be right with you! …” 30 seconds go by and ir REPEATS!

One time, I waited for their representative - when he finally DID pick up, I told him; “If this call was THAT important, YOU or another breathing, carbon base life form will call me, not your computer!” and hung up on him!

How very true. “if you called us sooner, we could have ignored you sooner.”

I can sure empathize with this cartoon–everyone seems to be either in another country or just too blamed busy to do anything but keep me on hold! Right on, Cassatt & Brookins!!!

“Please be ASSURED that your call is VERY important to us”…

Or, in other words, THAT’S why we put you on hold for half an hour, because we only want to pay for one Indian to answer these bleeep calls!
