I see you left out the requirment to wear a uniform. Evil overlords often “forget” to mention this part until the prospective henchman has signed on the dotted line, then they bring out the jumpsuit with a skull logo. Or worse, bright red body armor.

Oh man! What I wouldn’t have given to have a boss like that.
