Kids hate the humidity, at least until it’s time to be attractive to a partner. One time when camping, my dad tried the coin-operated shower, but I had to sit in nearby to put in more coins when the shower ran out, because he thought his eyes would be covered in shampoo and he couldn’t find the coins. In retrospect, he should have kept a squeeze bottle of water nearby to rinse out his eyes.

She loved the 1st shower, but the one mom insisted on seemed un-neccessary.

I was thinking the same thing, why? I guess in this case it is more a matter of getting warm than getting clean.

Kids don’t mind getting wet, unless they’re TOLD to get wet.
