How come we never got election day off from school when I was a kid? We did get a day without gym class since the voting booths were in the gym but that’s it.

For the last 4 elections, I always voted for the lesser of two evils in my opionion. The person I really wanted never got nominated.

Where I live voting is not done in schools, at select church, or other buildings. Dad is right on choice.
