I was at a Denny’s years ago for breakfast several days in a row. I would come in at 6 am and it would take forever. I spoke to the manager and he told me they were changing shifts at this time and I should come in earlier or later. I never ate there again.

Depends on a shift change and how busy the place is. Ruthie, you are right.
