Mushrooms sautéed over steak! Great on pizza, but what isn’t?

I’ve always liked mushrooms, and Middle Kid preferred them raw. Hubby “didn’t like” them until I bought a small container of breaded, deed fried ’shrooms and was eating them while we walked around. He admitted they smelled good, so I gave him a small one to eat. I few minutes later I asked him to hold the box while I looked at something – and he finished them off.

Mushroom soup makes a good base for gravies and casseroles. So put me down for mushroom love.

I’ve never understood how so many people consider mushrooms to be acceptable as food. Why not eat out of an ashtray?

Best served on a half pound hamburger with cheese, bacon, onions and a fried egg. Skip the lettuce, it just complicates it.

There’s nothing you can do to a mushroom to make it taste good. Even dipping it in chocolate won’t help. It just ruins the chocolate.

Only dry mushrooms on some kind of salad. Otherwise on pizza or some other food mix.
