Good duck voices are hard. I recall back in the 50’s all the kids in the neighborhood tried to speak like Donald Duck after The Wonderful World of Disney began on TV.
Mr. Detorie is consistently brilliant. Who doesn’t want to have a beverage with him and just listen to him for a while? Careful not to laugh so hard that beer shoots out of your nose – ouch.

Donald or Daffy?

The Ugly Duckling is a horrible story. It teaches kids that the only way to be lovable is to be beautiful.

I love this strip. Characters are so cute and quirky and pun-ny.

Meanwhile, who’s having “one of those days” in today’s strip at creators.com?

The Ugly Duckling isn’t a mutant. Rudolph is.
