One customer rep ended our conversation with the following self-serving statement: “Thank you for letting me provide you with the best customer service.”
Corporations today are all about pretending to be good guys while they screw the customer and the general public. Then they ask you to do little surveys about how likely you would be to recommend them to your friends, and are surprised when you say you wouldn’t (I actually had a followup call on such a survey to ask me why I wouldn’t recommend them).
