If people would control and clean up after their dogs this wouldn’t be an issue.

Reminds me of that hotel which had this policy (from memory): “Dogs are welcome here. They don’t clean their shoes with the drapes, don’t steal the furniture, don’t leave with the towels… In short they are honest, polite, and quiet just like their owners.” They had way less trouble with customers than before.

Along with lots of fresh water for drinking, I always keep a little kiddy pool for my dogs to frolic in during hot summer days. They love it and it provides them with relief and entertainment.

Despite the No Dogs on the Beach signs … there are a couple of small rocky areas with a bit of sand that owners take their dogs. … have walked by and watched happy dogs digging their way to China and chasing anything floating in the water. Even the tiny little guys.

If people were able to take their dogs on holiday, maybe there wouldn’t be so many miserable abandoned pets in summer. BUT…what are the poor animals supposed to do. Stay in hot mobile homes or caravans?Let them enjoy the outdoors just like their owners.
