Never knew how tan early “Peanuts” was compared to today’s “Peanuts.” Sparky would’ve liked this.

62 years and they’ve only grown about three inches.

Less colors were available on the palette back then. So yeah, slightly more tan. ;)

Uh-oh. A Time Paradox, I’m sure. Charlie Brown, Lucy, and Snoopy meeting their earlier selves cannot bode well for this Timeline! Lio, what have you done?!

Nicely done by Tatulli. As always. “Peanuts” has survived the test of time in a way that few comic strips will. My 5-year old favorite toy? Her Peanuts figures, Patty being the one she likes most. Just a joy to watch her.

It took me several minutes to “get” it. Maybe the heat here in L.A. has done in my brain.

The Peanuts characters did age through the years, but not in real time. Lucy is a baby who can’t yet talk when she first appears. Later, Linus and Sally each appear as babies. Schroeder’s first appearance is also as a baby, even though he can play the piano.
