I knew about the tin man make-up & Buddy Ebsen, butnot about the lion suit worn by Bert Lahr!I like to learn something new everyday!

I always knew the tadpole shrimp by the name “tryclops” which are often sold as a sea monkey alternative

I wonder if the costume survived the pass of time.

The Cowardly Lion costume was actually 60 lbs. Bert Lahr couldn’t eat while in costume because of the way the mask was attached. He had to have his lunch through a straw. “Liquid lunch?”

Wish I, like the iguana, could shrink my body (not just the length) 20% before social events!
