I asked for a car with manual windows. I know too many people whose electric windows have mysteriously stopped working with the window part way down. I don’t know of anyone whose manual windows just stopped working one day.
Never understood such autowindows. I get easy to lower them and raise them, but there’s no manual override. Sometimes, you need to lower the window of an off car.

I ordered my truck with manual locks and windows because the manufacturers in this country can’t make decent ones (last 200,000 miles).

Of course it doesn’t always start, either.

For a while I had to roll my window down to get out of my truck.

Hey, Mac; then what happened? The window fell out? The door rusted off?

Even though it was a pain, it’s pretty sad that our kids don’t know how to manually crank a window.

I’ll bet his tail gate and passenger side door are entirely different colors from the rest of the truck……
