Doesn’t work for me. The retractable cord/clip of my cell phone, my keys and my multi-tool’s sheath all go on my left hip.

The guy in the strip doesn’t appear balanced to me! He’s leaning…………

I wear both a knife and a multi-tool on my left, and my keys and phone on my right – but over time the buildup of coins in my left pocket gets to be a problem.

Now, with all that stuff on ya, try walking on loose gravel… in a straight line, that is.

Makes me think of my stint as an armed security guard - with a .357 revolver, two speedloaders, two pairs of handcuffs, a mag-lite (5 D-cell), a walkie talkie and the aforementioned keys and knife (plus I’m sure some other stuff I’ve mercifully forgotten) all hanging off your belt the problem wasn’t listing to one side, it was being able to move at all and keeping your trousers up at the same time! Nothing like trying to chase some punk 20 years younger than you across the parking lot when you have an entire hardware store strapped around your middle. I’m just glad we didn’t have to wear bulletproof vests.

I don’t have the money for a multi-tool right now. I keep my pocketwatch on the right, my knife on the left.

He must be a real scream at the airport
