If you are wise, you know you make your own luck.
If you can’t play and cheat, don’t play. If you can’t load the dice, then don’t expect to be lucky. If you can’t do either, change the rules (works for the Government).
Wisdom usually takes longer to run out.
Wisdom can be taught. Luck can not be taught.
