I’ve commented on this strip once in a while. I enjoy his stuff. If it’s a day that I feel is kind of “meh”, I just move on. No need to be nasty as EVERY strip has so-so days.
People are much braver behind a keyboard than they are in person. It would be interesting to see how they would react if they got performance appraisals like that for the work they do. They’d be crying because someone hurt their feelings.
Dan, you write a great strip. Keep up the good work!
Well…even nasty commentators must like Beardo in some fashion or another, otherwise they would not keep returning to the strip to make comments one way or another. On the other hand, I suppose trolls just cruise around looking to spew their vitriol wherever they can…. For my part, I enjoy the strip and its characters, even though I don’t agree with some of what’s going on some of the time. It has a good feel about it and I hope it continues that way. Way to go, Dan! (Chin up!)
A (believe it or not) wise commenter said that the anonymity of the internet allows 98 pound weaklings to become bullies. Unfortunately, the bullies are plentiful, full of bile and ready to vent it on anyone and everyone about anything. We call them Trolls.
Well I very much enjoy your comic so far beardo. I found this about a week ago and i have been happily reading through the archives. So thank you and keep up the good work.

The first panel is pretty funny! I know I’m in trouble if I start reading internet comments about anything. You rock Dan.

You’re the best, Dan! Don’t let the trolls get you down. If they could DO anything, they’d be out doing it instead of trolling people.
