I’ve run into people like that (well, not literally “run into” though it has been tempting). If they were walking down the middle of the lane on a highway they would be spots on the road before they knew it, but in a parking lot they think they can deliberately hold up traffic with no consequence.

I find the car horn an effective method of “Communication” …no matter WHAT the result.

Most people do move aside, just like mist drivers will.

Cull him! On one hand I can’t stand people who think the world revolves around them, on the other I admire them.

Been there, done that. Both as the walker and driver. Always take your time when caught behind a family with little ones. You never know when one of the ankle biters will break free and make a run for it.

“I’m too old for that”.I must confer with both Bruno Zeigerts and Doctor Toon..Although I must confess, there have been times even recently…

Since people can see cars easier than cars can see people, I have never understood pedestrians having the “right of way” in a parking lot.

It’s more frustrating when you’re trying to get somewhere, only to have some jerk take forever in doing something, resulting you in nearly being late; for me, this happen a lot when I was in middle school, high school, and even now in college.
