Assuming you meant “jurisdiction”, I’ve been wondering that for two weeks now, and am surprised someone didn’t throw that up in front of Chief Patton. Unless Thunder Island is in Tracyville’s E.T.J., Fritz Ann is the only one with jurisdiction. But she has “undercover” work on her mind. Go ahead Sam; take the dive! Opportunity knocks only once they say!

This island is off limits but it has mail service?“Bloom County” made more sense than this strip…

So all they need to do is get their police military gear and vehicles together, go over to the island and rescue Tracy and the orphan and get this thing over already. This is really dragging.

If Sam wasn’t off the market, Fritz Ann would snap him right up!

I expect to see a glowing stick on Sam’s face once they hit the outdoors !

It wouldn’t surprise me. If we see that, then we’ll know that Sam has not quit and is merely prohibited from smoking inside police HQ.

The FBI has jurisdiction to gather intelligence as to whether a government-secure area has been breached. The FBI is able to work with local police assistance, so that can include the MCU.

My ‘take’ is that Annie knowing this from visits to his office, simply slipped her own in between them - to get it offshore !
