There is no harm in trying a gluten free diet. If you try it and feel no different, great! Have a nice croissant or a donut or whatever floats your boat.
If you try it and feel better, learn more about living gluten free. And keep in mind that gluten free may be higher in carbs and calories than regular bread. Read the labels.
And yes, I went gluten free for health and I do feel better.
Gluten is only harmful if you’re allergic to it. Otherwise, it’s a superior protein compared to soy protein. (The expensive “seitan” is nothing else than pure gluten.)
