Red, enjoy every second of it. things are easier when you are a child. you still can’t know all the awful things that will happen. like the assainations of JFK, MLK, and RFK, the things that ended our childhoods and our innocence. You haven’t had your dog grow old and die or had your best buddy move away.Hopefully no one showed you a documentary of the damage a nuclear bomb can do. If you are lucky you get to watch Mickey Mouse club.
I wish it would rain up; I have seen it down and sideways so up would be nice to watch. y parents thought I was making things up when they caught me staring outside the window on a hot day told them that I was watching the water evaporate.

Her name was Gizmo, and a few years ago she passed into dog heaven. I am sure everyone up there is enjoying her as much as we did. One day, we will be together again…
Tacopielvr: Here too, and let out two weeks later for two weeks to bring in the crops. Now they have been going for a week and won’t let out until Thanksgiving weekend.
Summer vacation is overFrom the three months time of freedom…Then the time comes of knowledge..Time for the library and wonderment unboundThe school yard..the play yard..makes up for most of it..Ye shall still remember those days of freedom at thy ageAnd …reach, and explore, the new days ahead..

Fits your mood, doesn’t it Red?! The weather for first day of school tomorrow is not supposed to be summer-like, so that is a good thing I guess! ;)

We always got two weeks of rain (the run of the Pacific National Exhibition) ending on Labor Day. First day of school the sun came out!

And the worst part is that he’s gotta wear shoes again…

I hated the first day of school and every school day after that! Couldn’t wait to graduate! Loved new school supplies tough, still do!
