Well, I’ve heard that in heaven there is no beer. That’s why we drink it here. So why would there be any cable at all?

If there were viewing channels in heaven they would probably be restricted; after all no one wants an unholy war when a zealous religious group find out that they were not the only ones allowed in to heaven.
