I wear a hearing aid in each ear. Trouble is, if someone is standing in front of you and their mouth is open, it’s only polite to turn up the aid and ask them to repeat what they just said. On the other hand, if you’re in the next room and she calls you to take out the garbage…….

I am not a deaf person; I just difficulty in hearing with one ear and the other has selective hearing and refuses to listen to any screeching.
