Well, if what the Wall Street bankers (Along with Freddy Mac and Fannie Mae) did was not “technically” criminal, it should be (again.) Giving them billions of dollars was bad enough, but giving them billions with no strings or regulations? Who didn’t catch THAT was a bad idea?
