The little kids seem not to know what to make of Pig’s effort. I think it’s not bad for a first try; but the mom is showing admirable restraint!

Is the chubby kid to the far left in the third panel supposed to be Timmy Failure? I doubt it (I guess that’s just Pastis’ artstyle), but the face looks similar.
