My dad bought a Ford Ranger brand new in 1990. In 2008, he gave up his driver’s license and sold the truck to me for $1000. It had 17,000 miles on it and was in perfect running order. He had purchased the “maintenance” package, and had free periodic service as long as he owned the vehicle. Ford certainly didn’t count on 18 years worth of free oil changes, etc.
I have a ’91 Ranger I bought new and still drive. It is amuch-loved semi retired member of the family. I use it to take trash to the dump, and my ’90 Harley enjoys the occasional ride in the back.
78 regal 80 el camino (2) 86 monte’s they’re not pretty, but solid, well maintained & go as fast as they can with V6’s in them all. anybody can burn rubber with an 8 cyl……
When my sweetie looks at cars to buy online we refer to it as “car porn”. He has lots of projects and still wants to find good deals on cars/trucks to restore.

I just cleared the photos from my phone. There were over 800 of them. Most were our bunny rabbits. Some were classic cars. A few flowers.

Good pick for the year. I don’t think they built any ugly cars in ’68. what a great year for cars!

I had a coworker once who had on his bulletin board one photo of his wife and two of his Corvette.
