The expression on Ryan’s face in panel 2 is priceless.

Well, she smokes, so she could use tooth shields to prevent her teeth yellowing.

Smoker’s teeth! Mona has smoker’s teeth, and she thinks bedding Ryan will keep it from him?!

LW18 must have had a birthday recently. Happy birthday, if I’m right.

I’m thinking Pierre is still talking to Donna and Mona is just backing out of the ridiculous conversation… I don’t think it has anything to do with Mona’s smoking eventhough she fits the bill…

Ryan is yawning in panel 2, so they just woke up and walked in on Pierre and Donna’s conversation. Mona is taking Ryan out of the line of fire for when Donna goes midieval on Pierre’s ahem for the “dingy teeth” comment.

Has Ryan gotten taller? Last time we saw him together with Mona (at least, when they were both vertical) (see 3/1/10), she was nearly his height, and here he’s towering over her. Maybe this trip really has been a “growth opportunity”.

My teeth are dingy. My upper right incisor rings a perfect Middle C, and they shift tonally right and left like a xylophone. The lower ones are actually more dongy, though. I have to be careful when I eat soup; if I accidently bite down on the spoon, my dog thinks somebody’s ringing the doorbell and he barks his head off.

They’re tough to take care of, too. There aren’t a lot of dentists out there with perfect pitch, and those who have it make you pay through the nose. That’s terribly inconvenient, because I keep my money where my mouth is.

Yeah, baby! Back to bed - Oh Ryan, you have absolutely no idea how lucky you are!
