Use the word “swarm” in a sentence.

In England it’s cold, in Pakistan it ‘swarm’.

( Stolen from the BBC comedy TV program “Mind Your Language”! )

Now, now. This is VERY creative. Can’t mark it wrong and wound little Sky’s ego. We’ll just make a suggestion that he look the word up and give him an incomplete. Everyone over in “Real Life Adventures” understands. Pamper. Pamper.

Kids in the schools around here might know what truculent means, but haven’t a clue what a head gasket is.

Bill O’Reilly warned his listeners one night to not be truculent when responding to him.

And then your uncle will end up on Judge Judy, because the guy will expect your uncle to pay the 3 grand to fix it, even though he only drove it for 20 minutes.

    @ Burgundy2,

I always thought it was a soft c myself.

The hard “c” is what makes the word fierce! No self respecting sentence would be intimidated by a soft “c”…

Pouncingtiger - Yup. Need new material…

    Gleaagh…

If it were a soft “c” rather than a hard “c”, who on earth would want to borrow someone else’s truc?

    P.S. Bravo, vlachtja.

So, it’s not a combination of the words “truck” and “succulent?” I think we’re getting so serious issues resolved here.

@JDG: O’Reilly could devolve to a fairly (and balanced-ly?) show if he didn’t have the occasional truculent guest.

If O’Reilly didn’t have on guests to argue with he’d just have to argue with himself. XD
