I’ll bet he still finds a way to pass by Miss Millie High Maintenance’s house on the way.

Howdy Cleo fans and Puzzle People….

And welcome to the March 14th, 2020 edition of “Cleo and Company”, on Sherpa…

Which you can visit, of course, too see and solve this week’s Saturday puzzle…

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

Or just head straight to my side by side version, right here:

    https://i.postimg.cc/Z5m0d0BL/Cleo-nine-differences-Mar-14th-20.jpg

I also want to wish you all a very happyPi Day…

Always celebrated on 3.14…. I suggest a nice piece of pie, or pi, whichever you prefer.

    It’s best at 1:59.

And you deserve it, after surviving another Friday the 13th!

I have a selection of Pi Day pies… get a whole pie to go at my bakery… or a slice with our world famous coffee, at the Tiki….

Where we’ll be solving today’s puzzle!

    Our lovely cherry pi….

    A squared pi…

    Or even TWO pi, squared!

And of course, later I’ll be, gratefully, posting the puzzle animation solution from our renowned semi-anonymous animation-solution-maker PERFECTIONISTA.

Since I got diagnosed with diabetes, I have left a marionberry pie in the freezer. But I think I must take it out for Pi Day!

Here I am, in the wee hours of the morning yet again….

because, as usual, I dozed off, earlier….

but as I promised, I’m bringing you our weekly "gif"t from the semi-anonymous animation-solution-maker PERFECTIONISTA..

(who, as her title implies, stel wishes to remain semi-nameless)….

    …. her animation solution.

    Thank you, S.A.A.S.M.P!

Please play fair, and do your best to solve it before peeking!

    https://i.postimg.cc/SsSW7DnD/FTD-3-14-2020-AB.gif

I know the animation is meant to display the differences between the two panels, and not to provide an animated cartoon…

but sometimes I can’t help being amused when I “watch” it…. and this is one of those times.

    Tee hee.

I suppose being a bit simple helps.

If anyone is newly arrived from Ballard Street 2020… welcome!

I got them all. Again! Maybe it’s because of the beautiful poster! Like Susan, I loved the animation. Another LOL moment.

Great album cover, Nighthawks! Great puzzle.

I always enjoy it when there is a change in Cleo’s tail, so it wags in the animation. Like Stu in 2020, I am easily amused.

By the by, I was a big fan of the British invasion, but more so the Stones, Herman’s Hermits, the Kinks, the Hollies, Dusty Sprinfield and Petula Clark, etc.
