Oddly enough, it seems that most of my symptoms came from me licking and chewing the afflicted area. Who knew?

The largest insurer with the lowest premium rates on Minnesota’s Obamacare exchange is dropping out because the government health-exchange is unsustainable, the company announced Tuesday.

PreferredOne Health Insurance told MNsure, the state-run exchange, Tuesday morning that it would not continue to offer its popular insurance plans on the marketplace in 2015.

It’s “purely a business decision,” spokesman Steve Peterson told KSTP-TV. The company is losing money on administrative costs for plans offered on the bureaucratic and glitchy government exchange.

Personally, I am OK by this. We get treated better at our vet’s office than the doctor’s office.

As for Obamacare— it’s great. The only people who don’t like it are those with an aversion to the idea that poor people deserve not to die of easily curable injuries and diseases. If you are one of those people, you should take a close, hard look in the mirror.

Republicans had no input or decisions in Obamacare. Go back to the end of the line. Stay there….

Wait. Only one “licking and chewing” comment? How did this degenerate into a health care thread? What is the matter with you people?

@piano guy—my kid’s insurance was canceled. You know why? Because it maxed out at $2k for meds per year and four doctor visits. She was on chemo. Two weeks into the year she had used up the year’s benefits when she thought she was insured. THAT’S the kind of fraudulent not-really-insurance that got outlawed. And now my formerly uninsurable kid can pay into the system like she wants to be able to do.

Maybe Eno got neutered. Can’t argue with that.
