LynnMS - cute pogo logo - assuming that you mean “kosher” in the sense of “fit to eat under jewish law” - there are other meanings - human brains (and humans in general) are not kosher.

The brains of kosher animals are - back when my Dad had his kosher butcher shop he often had cow’s brains in the display case. supposedly a delicacy, but I never tried them…

The crackers will go well with that brain, because it belonged to a political commentator, which made it as soft as pudding.
