Isn’t a pickleball net on the ground like in tennis?

Just looked it up. A the top of a pickleball net is 36" from the court surface.

So yes, the net is on the ground. Which means John did more research on Mistress Rita than pickleball. This isn’t badminton, but it isn’t Scott’s fault this time.

Evidently getting walled up was not sufficient punishment for Jay’s refusal to play as Rita’s partner; it was being Rita’s partner.

Rita raised the net when she went over to body check her opponent. BTW, I play pickleball three days a week so I know where the net should be. But yeah I should have caught this when I saw it.

I usually just assume everything is right. :)

since Rita has said it should be so it SHALL be so. I just hope she doesn’t come up with different uses for the paddle.

Well, I wouldn’t have known. I have heard of pickle ball, but never seen or played it. …I vote they play Human Foosball. That looks like fun, and Rita could kick the ball at the person she dislikes most at the moment. That’d be right up her alley.

Hm. There are a lot of other sports and games that would be more interesting with body checking. Candyland, for example.

Good job, guys. I didn’t even know pickleball was a real thing, so you can put the net any-damn-where you want it! I’m easy. Just ask me. I’ll tell you, “I’m easy.”

I would LOVE to see some flashbacks to when Rita was a hockey player. Could you guys do that?
