If I were the writer, I would’ve gone with a sloth than a gator.

This guy’s a retired parking cop (marked tires with chalk).

Alligators do look like mere painted ceramics – but if you watch the eyes, they blink every few minutes.

Ed Morgan: Yeah, I thought maybe he should be missing a hand.jbmlaw: I once went to the Okeefenokee swamp, and walked down a long walkway a few feet above the water/ground. At the end was a large pond. In my walk to the end and back, I saw nothing but a few spiders, and one log. That blinked.
