Do you think time travel will ever be possible? It is now. Well, going back in time, that is. Show me! Right this way, sir, to a real honest to goodness Time Machine!
All I ever see is distant light that came from a burned out star. Of course I can’t complain about the nice moon glow tan that I get while star gazing.
Not quite Red. You are looking into the past, in some cases millions and millions back. But you are not traveling there. On the other hand, you are traveling into the future. Just too slowly for it to be exciting, though.
If they could look far enough through a black hole, would they be looking at themselves in the past; or in the future?.Of course, it is strictly a rhetorical question…
No, his sight is not traveling anywhere. It’s right there with him in the present. The light he is seeing has traveled through space for up to a few billions of years so he can see things that happened in the past, and I agree that is extraordinary. But the only real time traveling that took place was the very slow voyage into the future that those photons took.

This is very sweet. I especially like panel 3. Timelessness.

The fourth panel should be a cover of a grand HC collection, and the third panel on the back.
