I got stuck behind a dumb-a$$ shopper digging through her purse for a 5 cent coupon for her purchase! I reached into my pocket and placed a dime on the counter in front of her; she looked at me and said, “But the coupon is only for 5 cents!”.I replied, “Consider it a double coupon day!”

That’s one of the reasons the store where I worked didn’t take checks anymore.
