I have grown to really, really enjoy “Dinosaur Comics” ! However, it seems to me that in today’s version, Ryan has left off a few bits of punctuation that would make the text far more enjoyable to read.
I don’t think that T-Rex’s explanation is any worse than any others. I’ve heard that most of those dates are just to make you buy new stuff. But, who wants to take that chance?

Are the dinosaurs Canadian?

I have to admit, this is the first time I’ve seen dinosaurs, Star Trek, and food expiration dates all in the same comic before.

You mean the expiry dates don’t mean you’ll die if you eat it after the date?

You really need to check wiki before posting.Expiry is British English, hence bama1fan92’s question as to whether the dinosaurs are Canadian.
