A dog may be a great judge of character.I’ve mentioned it before, but I recommend a book called “Kinship with All Life” by J. Allen Boone. A fascinating study into the minds of animals.
Although this has nothing to do with today’s comic strip, I read an attempt to bring Gasoline Alley to the screen was made by MGM back in 1940 but it never passed into being. Imagine who may have starred. : Andy Devine as Walt, Mary Astor as Phyllis, Hattie McDaniel as Rachel, Mickey Rooney as Skeezix and Judy Garland as Nina. Then for Doc,,Avery and Bill would be James Gleason, John McIntire and Donald Meek.
Here we go again-every comic has a pop up ad that is in your face. Got how I hate those ads and the sponsors who inflict them on me-never buy those products. Especially Hyundai cars.

Who’s she to talk? Slim’s doing all the work. All she’s doing is arguing with the other women.

Isn’t “Idleness” the workshop of Eric (Monty Python) Idle?

Keep it up, Giacomo. Don’t stop, but look in her direction. Keep barking.

I’m impressed that he managed to get the paint on the walls after washing it off of himself. Sounds like a neat trick.

I thought I could hate nothing worse than that obnoxious parrot from the last arc. This woman has me wishing the parrot would come back.

I didn’t pay anything for AdBlock Plus either, and it works like a charm.

No deal with the devil’s workshop. Giacomo doesn’t seem to like the old lady much.
