Haven’t had that experience since I gave up watching the tube altogether. I catch parts of shows other folks seem to find worth watching, and see that nothing has changed for the better.

Maybe if they got a newer tv that would improve the programming.

We bought an antenna that only picks up a few channels and cancelled our expensive cable service. Now it only takes thirty seconds to find out there’s nothing worth watching. I highly recommend this!

I hope they are set up for all digital.

Get the new more expensive package and double or triple the programs not fit to watch.

I take it they don’t get TCM. For me it’s the only channel worth watching.

There certainly wasn’t anything worth watching on last night. smh

By the time you search everything you have missed the first 5 minutes of the program you were originally watching.

When we only had three channels, people put out decent shows. Now, they just produce clutter to fill up all the air space.

I can’t stand watching TV — too many commercial interruptions.

Always tape shows you like,then skip commercials.

189 Channels and only a few we watch regularly.

We DVR everything we like, then fast-forward through the commercials. A 60 minute show can be watched in 40 minutes. Egads! that’s one minute of commercials for each two minutes of actual programming – ridiculous!

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone knows the name of the cat in this strip? I know the dog is Roscoe but I’ve only heard the cat referred to as The Cat.

We haven’t had cable in years. We have regular tv and if want to watch I can. Otherwise, I have hulu and netflix. :)

There are a bunch of good channels. Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Science, National Geographic; just to name a few. Geez!

Jeopardy is the only thing worth watching, the rest are just a pack of lies and false advertisement

My husband only ever wants to see what else is on!

My TV is only used to watch videos. I watch what I want to watch on my own time, with no commercials and I can conveniently pause it for bio breaks when the need arises.

People who channel surf all day really need to do something more productive with their lives.

There’s a lot to be said for TV Guides.

Jolly1995, TCM has no commercials and I can watch it on my TV or on demand on my tablet. There’s an APP for that too.

If it wasn’t for sports I’d never turn the TV on.

If it wasn’t for TV, I’d probably turn onto sports.
