I don’t watch scary movies either, but it doesn’t have anything to do with being chicken. It has to do with there being no reason to waist that time. Scary movies are just about the scary just like most action movies are just about the action. No real plot or message. There aren’t a lot of movies out there worth wasting time on. “Back to the Future”. Now that was fun.

I prefer to avoid scary movies, whenever possible. The news is scary enough for me.

I have never understood the appeal of scary movies. If you want to call me chicken, that’s fine, but as far as I’m concerned, their goal is to make you afraid of your closet at night, and who needs that?

I really hope Adam doesn’t give in to peer pressure. And I hope Katie doesn’t turn into a bully.

Watch any of the old Universal studio’s monster movies. They have a plot line, no gore, and no nudity or foul language.

A night mare… was this the famous horse Paul Revere rode on that fateful evening in April, 1775?

re: The Haunting of Hill House. .. I watched the last 1/2 hour of the re-make. Was very disappointed that they showed the ‘spirits’. The B&W one from the sixties – That is scary. I still jump at the spiral staircase scene – though I know what happens.
