I’ve always heard that tortoises were cold-blooded . . . now I have a deeper understanding of the concept.
That used to happen occasionally to me, hubby would push me right off the bed.
I love the final panel in this strip. LD holding on to the ground. I’ve been there before……

As a young boy, I slept in the top bunk of a bunk bed. I woke up in mid-air once. Fortunately, my guardian angel gave me the peace of mind to put my hand out to cushion the fall. I only knocked my head slightly. :-)
