My mother was just like this but at least in that case I was living in her house. If she had ever moved in with me she’d have seen a turn around like you wouldn’t believe. Too bad Sam just wants to give Liz another person to walk all over her rather than sticking up for her with her mother and telling her it’s their house and to lay off his wife.

Apparently their parents never taught them the “My house, my rules” dictum. Works both ways.
