i have to thank this comic today!! on friday i had a test on my general knowledge subject and there was an extra credit question which was: When was Beethoven’s birthday? I owe my extra 3 marks to Peanuts today for teaching me when his birthday was

How do you put french toast in a dog dish?

My grandson’s cat loves Mrs. Butterworth syrup.

Oh, and about a year ago at a restaurant, I ate French toast with peanut butter between two slices of battered Texas Toast bread and whipped cream on top. Sounded weird (still does, I suppose), but it worked. Yummy!

Be grateful for what you’ve got. There are those who have no French Toast at all.

French Toast made out of that thickly sliced cinnamon bread….good for breakfast or supper.

Do we have to thank Napoleon for bringing us French Toast?

Unless it’s powdered suger……….

I like my french toast basic using plain white bread and a thin layer of maple syrup. However, in a pinch…Or, maybe not!

Years ago I had a friend who put butter, salt and pepper on his French toast.

I greatly enjoyed your Smooth Radio link. When I got to the website, they were playing Brenda Russell’s Piano in the Dark," which is one of my favorite songs from the late 1980s. Looks and sounds like a great radio station. I placed it in my favorites.

I’m glad you enjoyed the Muppets video. The Muppet Show was popular on TV when I was in high school. It had a lot of popular guest stars like John Denver, Olivia Newton-John, and Elton John. My family watched it almost every week.

I too was rather upset with that commenter that insisted you must have “anger issues.” Lots of people harmlessly post their comments and most people understand when to take comments seriously and when to take them in the lighthearted spirit of the comic strip. No one deserves to be attacked and judged like that. Unfortunately, people don’t always think their thoughts through before they post them.
