The size of the people up here was a culture shock for me. 2 new patients last week; the man “claims” he weighs 375. My scale only goes to 350. The other a woman weighed 308. It’s like treating two people at once.
A chiro friend told me he went to a seminar sponsored by some insurance companies and was told that, to make a profit, he needed to avoid spending more than 3 minutes a patient. All I can say is that this explains the attack on medical professionals by insurance companies.
