I give thanks for Overboard and all the ‘crew’ who comment and make my day! thanks.I am going OUT, so don’t have to cook, but if the green beans show up, I will eat them as a gesture of friendship…And thankful I am alive to eat them!!

Fellow Baby, I think I told you this before, but one of my co-workers and friends of 20+ some years, also hates green beans. His mother told me one time that the first words he ever spoke, and she was serious, not Mommy or Daddy, but I HATE GREEN BEANS!

And I may have told you, Fellow Baby, that I never really liked green beans. Then one year, my mom decided to grow them in her garden. Unlike everything else she tried, the green beans flourished in her garden. From that time on, that dislike transformed into a intense hatred.
