    IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 1/2 c. Bisquick mix2 tbsp. butter1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk2 eggs2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spices1 tsp. vanilla1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 or 10 inch pie dish. Beat all ingredients until smooth, one minute in a blender on high or 2 minutes with a hand beater. Pour in pie dish.

    Bake 50 to 55 minutes.

    Garnish with whip cream.
