a new recipe… Pogo potatoes

I use a potato ricer, so much less work.

That looks like a lot of fun, but I shudder to think of what kind of crud might be falling into those spuds. XD

I shudder to think what Lio would have done if his father had told him to PEEL those potatoes.

I like potatoes with the skins left on… even when mashed!.Of course, they need to be washed first…

I had to help mash the potatoes as a boy; Lio should gladly help his single dad. I approve of Dad. Of course, Lio’s More Fun Way of Doing Things is pretty clever, too!

Brilliant! With that invention, I can guarantee that I’ll never peel or do anything with potatoes again!
