2Old… gosh….after StelBel’s 3-night, 2-day birthday party, you’re asking why everybody is flopped on the grass??
Fenton says the hottest drink at the Tiki tonight was Pepto-Bismol….
We also sold a fair amount of my and Marg’s Pepto Brain Bleach…for those who don’t want to remember where they danced or with whom….or who saw things they wanted to unsee.
That reminds me…. 2Old, I left you a post on yesterday (Sunday)’s Dinette Set …. hope you saw it. Thanks.
NO, Bev… I do NOT mean that I ever felt Neal! Don’t even ask.
I mean I’m at that point, too…and I’m about to go throw myself on the mercy of the night.
Thank you, Stel, for your sacrifice…. getting older just so we could party…
Thanks everybody who brought stuff…I know it wasn’t my party but you guys sure made it fun for me too…. Especially Bev, who worked her fingers to the bone… and without chipping her party manicure!
It is with great sadness that I am writing this. I have received an email from DAZZ’s son that she passed away on December 6.Here is a copy of that email:
Dear Family and Friends,
" My mother, Virginia L. D., passed away on 6 December 2014 in North Phoenix of a Heart Attack while driving (she never was a great driver for those of us who really knew her). Virginia was born on 30 Sep 37 and passed away on 6 Dec 14 at age 77. She worked as a Draftsperson and HVAC CAD/CAM professional before retiring in North Phoenix. She is survived by her four children and six wonderful grandchildren. She was a talented professional, a caring creative and artistic individual, and a terrific mother and will be deeply missed. She thoroughly enjoyed her many hobbies, her birds (Cuddles the Cockatoo and Fitzroy the African Grey Parrot), and her warm affiliation with the SCA as Beatrice Fayrewether of the Aviary. She requested to be cremated with her close companion Cuddles the Cockatoo. Memorial Services will be at Samaritan Funeral Home at 1505 E. McDowell Rd, Phoenix AZ on 13 Dec 14 from 9AM until noon. In lieu of flowers she requested donations to any Cancer Society or Organization. May God Bless Her Soul in Heaven."
DAZZ was a special person who struck me as lonely. I hope she felt loved in the end. I KNOW that she was loved by her family. She had a lot of gifts and also heart ache. She lived life to the hilt. Rest in Peace, DAZZ. I will miss you.
I am saddened to hear about DAZZ’s passing. We never really knew each other but I could see by her comments that she was an intelligent, creative lady. I enjoyed her photos which she posted immensely.I know I don’t really comment here often but I could never forget DAZZ.
I am SO SORRY to hear of DAZZ’s passing! Though we never met anywhere but this forum, I felt like I knew her. She truly was an inspiration with a great talent! And she was a TON OF FUN! I often thought if I live that long, I could only hope to have her spirit and drive!
The above, and my avatar are from some “Illuminated” art work that DAZZ did and showed here. She was pleased when i used them as avatars.I think i will continue to do so for now.

Dazz will be sorely missed. We always enjoyed her unique insight and she was a free spirit for sure. She will always be fondly remembered.
