In all reality ,Bobby is wearing a bullet proof vest as he s in the witness protection program at Milford and the thick glasses and dressing along with acting like a nerd are part of his disguise. In all reality, he s a 5 Star basketball player who shaved points got caught, testified against mob guys back East and was relocated to Milford .

In all reality, Bitsy Twill recomended relocating to Milford to Bobby while she was waiting to be relocated .
